I guess I didn't say it very well. What I meant to say is that we have a revolving door at leadership. You add to this meddling by the TMF/BMAs , and its a tough place to coach and be successful long-term.
We have wandered the desert for the better part of the last 55 years or so that I have closely followed and supported the Ags. We have changed coaches, players, ADs, conferences, stadiums, and on and on, yet the malaise remains. There is some sort of culture problem and I have come to think that it lies with the big wigs and leadership of our university and athletic programs.
