If people want some kind of systemic problem, it's not in athletic directors. It's probably more from people meddling and not letting athletic directors do their jobs.
But A&M has had a leadership problem for a long time now. Across the board. It's impacted every part of the university.

The idea -- along with the restricted age range -- is to target a certain set of deep-seated values in the new coach. We've learned, especially in MBB, it's not as simple as "money whipping" an already-successful coach on board.Divining Rod said:
