As most of you know, Buzz had his players write a lot of "thank you" notes, which honestly was a good thing to teach young men. Jimmy Fallon writes funny thank you notes.

Whether you were ready for a coaching change or not, we have one, and I think it would be fitting to have some fun, send-off, "Thank you" notes for Buzz. He had enough idiosyncrasies, this could be fun. I'll start with 2:

Thank you, Buzz. We all thought it, but you proved without a doubt that memorizing the 46 presidents' names and their tenure order wouldn't help us score more points...

Thank you, Buzz. We learned that even if your team averages 14 offensive rebounds a game, you probably won't win if your team shoots 20% from the field...

Thank you, Buzz, for showing us and the world that a team without a plan on offense (i.e., street ball) can regularly qualify for March Madness. Wishing you the best of luck with the Crabs! ;-)

The Buzz treatment by the fan base is unreal.

I dont know if it a comination of expectations, butt hurt that he left or what but damn you guys are terrible as a fan base

EVERY coach has left us except the one who got us to 2 Sweet 16s over the last 20 years

And we have never been a basketball school to demand excellence in our history just fleeting moments of very good

we probably should all write thank you note to buzz...


at least he can't "block" us mailed thank you notes unlike X post...
