I'm guessing you'll see more and more schools do this sort of thing, and maybe that's why guys like Roy Williams and Jay Wright walked away. College coaches aren't going to want to list to these guys in terms of putting together a roster but ADs aren't going to turn down that kind of money either.

Imagine if Alex Caruso wanted to take on this roll for A&M…I can't imagine Buzz Williams would be on board.

It's been curious to me. Feels like a way to juice NIL oh and by the way, some of the biggest names in the NBA are gonna be part of the program, so come here and get NBA connections.

We have some great pros as well. Caruso, Middleton, Jordan...sure, not on a Steph or Trae level but it's something.

I don't know how this would work. Are they going to be an employee in name only? It sounds like to me Steph will not actually do any work. For some reason they are given the job so they can legally attend meetings and games.

It's obviously just a PR play.
