It annoys me too but to be fair I don't think we've gotten one for players doing it on the bench, they've all been players currently in the game. That's another bizzare basketball officiating thing though, if you're on the court you can't stare anyone down or do any number of random gestures but it's like there's no rules at all in the bench area.

On the court you can't stare at someone for .5 seconds without getting a tech but on the bench you could reenact the events of 9/11 or something and nobody cares.
