Very dead first half, second half explosion. Even second half took a few minutes to get going it wasn't insane from the jump. But they found the juice, sparked by defensive effort

There are a lot of people that walk through the halls of the TexAgs message boards that just want to wipe their **** on the walls. Game threads are the worst. "We" (whoever that is) are a victim of the refs, the rules, or the coach. We (again I don't know who "we" is) will never win. Instead of blue stars for good posts TexAgs should introduce a pacifier button to vote for crying posts that demand soothing and comfort for the grown ass men that need it.

Arkansas is playing well right now too. Every game is going to be tough but I believe in our team! Great defense and never quit!

Georgia shot 4 for 22 from the field in the second half. They made their first field goal with 7 minutes left in the game
I don't blame any poster who was pretty annoyed by that first half. It was easily the worst half of basketball A&M had played during conference play, particularly given the opponent and location. A&M in that first half kind of looked like they thought they could just roll the ball out and get the win. Buzz during his presser commented on this and compared their first half intensity to some guys 'playing a shirts versus skins pick-up game in June'.

Got to our seats about 20 til 8 last night. Reed was less than half full then. Was perhaps 60% full at tip.

I hate it and don't get it. I am told its always been this way so why discuss it or question it, but I still have hope it could change.
I see other schools - smaller schools, not blue blood programs - raucous even on a weeknight. It's students that make the difference, need to make it more fun for them, easy for them to attend, etc

Aggies never panicked. This is not a "second half" team. This is a "pair of stones" team. Their defense is like a wet blanket that knows Kung Fu, it is just punishing.
That was a 25 point swing from the end of the first half.

Agreed. I had high hopes for him when he joined the program that mostly dissipated last season after underwhelming contributions. But have a renewed sense of vigor as does he with his play. He'll be an important player for us in March. Seems to have a good mature head on his shoulders as well which is a huge plus for the locker room. I love the culture Buzz has instilled and he's clearly conscious of it when adding different players from the portal.Aston 91 said:
