It will be good to be back home after the huge win at Missouri. Protect the home court and keep getting better each game.

Just Win!

Definitely not a freebie but happy to have our guys back on the home court!

I'd like to win one of these next two fairly comfortably. I know we're not going to just torch them from the jump, but a late pull away to win by 12-13 would be nice for my heart.

How about if we win BOTH of them fairly comfortably!?

I will actually be attending my first ever in person Aggie Basketball game at Reed this coming Saturday.

But, in the meantime...

BTHO Georgia!!!

For reference- Georgia hasn't won away from home since November 15th.

Alabama beat them 90-69
Florida beat them 89-59
Tennessee beat them 74-56
Ole Miss beat them 63-5
Marquette beat them 80-69

I am not saying they aren't a good team. They are and they should be in the NCAAT. But if we want to act like we are in the elite tier with Bama/Florida/Tennessee… we need to start protecting our home court with comfortable winning margins.

One of the few A&M lines I feel confident about

Edit: 8.5 might be a little rich

premium is saying 8.5 did the line already move

It has moved to -8.5 at some places.

some may take the Ags and lay the 8.5 points knowing the GA 3rd leading scorer and their 6th man
are not going to play. The under may be more likely in play too.

After so many road games against higher quality opponents, hope the team keeps their focus completely on Georgia tonight and plays their style

We did what Auburn and Florida did with their backs against the wall after the first half and came back and dominated the second half. What a clinic!

The notion that great teams pay attention to the line intentionally cover is beyond awkward to consider and borderline corrupt.

And the BEST teams sandbag the first half so you can bet the live spread before the second starts and make a killing.

Absolutely not implying there is any intention on the team's part. I just read that saying somewhere a long time ago and really liked it. Obviously, some games it plays and some it doesn't.

I think we are 5-4-2 against the number in conference play so certainly not a betting sure thing.

I think the quote's implications are that if you are a great team you are going to win by more than the "predicted" margin most of the time, not that great teams specifically seek out to cover.

So, how was your heart during this game? Down by what, 11 in the second half? But pulled away for a comfortable margin. Was it what the doctor ordered for you?

I had the under 138.5 and then went with A&M +2.5 at halftime. Felt way better about the under than the +2.5 for a bit.

Teams don't. It's strictly a betting statement.
Down by 9 last night at half, I thought the 8.5 pts I laid was going to kill me. I kept praying there was no way Cain could keep shooting like that in the 2nd half. Wild game in terms of halves.
