There have been so many time in bball and in football where we get in the top 10. And, although as an aggie I am happy for the teams recognition, most of the time something in my gut always told we are not quite there. And we are destined for a correction/drop before end of year.
Some years like with BCG and Turgeon for bball or Manziel years for football, I felt like we were truly a team that could go all the way - and our wins were not flukes.
I didn't have that feeling at the start of the season with this team, but man I have it now.
No matter what, it feels like we are always in it. The opposing team could have someone on fire from 3, we miss tons of free throws, or we shoot below 30%. But almost, every time are in a position to still win, and many times make the clutch shots or plays to pull it off. That's a top 10 team right there. Great job buzz and team. You may help start the revival of a run for this program with a few solid seasons leading up to this point.
