UT'x's coach lied to the commentator in an attempt to get the commentator to think that UTx is the premier school in this state. And the commentator obviously bought it (which is a little hard to believe).

David Nuño and OB have addressed this on the TexAgs radio show this morning. They are again currently, and will be having Tom Hart UP next segment so Tune in!!!

I think Nuno did a good job of explaining some of the fan base's frustration with his commentary. Overall, I think Tom Hart is a good commentator and provides decent context/input when he appears on Texags. However, I thought his commentary was a bit too "homer" and did not provide additional value besides "stirring" one side (the A&M side). I think Nuno's pushback was good when he asked Hart why he was "punching" A&M's basketball team when this is the team in the top 15 and not the opposite.

It was a bit backward to hear Hart defend his commentary. I am not sure he might want to continue interacting directly with fan bases like ours (he seemed pretty outspoken about receiving extremely negative/vulgar commentary on Twitter). I am surprised he is acting "surprised" when Mizzo has a bitter rivalry with Kansas.
Overall, I think Texags did a good job of trying to share some context about our rivalry and some of his unbalanced commentary with Hart.

In the end, Hart's commentary does not matter. We lost the game, and hopefully, the team will grow from it, as Buzz pointed out.

This makes no sense to me. I had no problem with anything Hart said. It was the other guy I had a problem with. Am I missing something?

I don't get annoyed easily, but it is weird that a guy like Hart starts the first 10-15 mins of the game with these comments. I bet he would not do the same in a Mizzo/Kansas game . He said he wanted to add some color to the game, which I understand. When I get annoyed I just mute the thing which is what I did and then continue to do laundry

I agree with you bobinator. The best approach is probably to work through Buzz Williams in hopes that he would address it with the SEC/SECN/ESPN, when the time is appropriate. Why should Buzz care? Because comments like that (false information, IMO), on a national TV broadcast, can have a negative effect on recruiting.

So TexAgs Radio this morning was basically all about Tom Hart. Billy himself said it "pissed him off" (losing did add to it). Billy also mentioned they would discuss with Tom Hart, and amongst themselves if Hart remains a guest or not moving forward.

So this wasn't just a bunch of overly sensitive fans over reacting. They also mentioned Josh Pate will be a new guest starting next week, without actually saying it's gona be Josh Pate cause its a "surprise."

Solid show for a Monday.

Tom Hart is not the one that made false, negative, and derogatory comments about Texas A&M. It was Dane Bradshaw that made those comments.

Not sure what Dane Bradshaw said, but you can rewatch this mornings show. They played 3 Separate clips mentioned on this thread, after which Tom Hart was given an opportunity to comment and respond on.

Tom Hart made the comments mentioned on this thread. He owned them and was unapologetic about them. I'm ok with that.

It was a good show. I think Tom Hart is gone from Texags. His comments during the game were... puzzling. When I heard them, I was perplexed. This is the same guy that's on TA every week and he's calling us an ugly prom date... WTF!

Then, he comes on Texags with Nuño and doesn't really apologize for any of it or even act like he regrets saying any of it, and basically calls Aggies over-sensitive for being upset about it.

Bottom line, there's tons of guys you can have on the show. You don't need Tom Hart. Josh Pate will be on next week and he is the classiest guy around. He has never said anything as disrespectful or as dumb as what Hart said, so just let that be the trade. Pate for Hart, good to go.
