this is my thing, we look so lost after a the so called first play is not there. Because of poor coaching, we will try to force a play that is not there because Buzz called it.
Never seen more contact and less whistles… kind of refreshing if it didn't work against our game.

After his freshman season it was clear he was going to be an elite defender and the hope was his offensive game could develop along the way. That just really hasn't happened other than at the FT line.
It is kinda funny that both teams tried different strategies against the other teams' elite defense but they shook out roughly the same.

If we can just limit their wide opens 3 looks we got this…. But if we keep allowing the wide open swing 3, we're fooked….. but that's our D sooo…

Definitely an offensive liability in our offensive system or lack there of. But, an athletic menace on defense as long as he stays out of foul trouble.
What's wild is both teams ended the half shooting 33% from 3.

Unless you force a shot clock violation every possession, they have to shoot something. They shot a bunch of contested ones too

If our defenders would stop running back under the goal on fast breaks we could limit half of the threes. I would rather give up a two.
The think you can have them both like last year but Andy has to be playing center, which probably isn't worth it

Literally nothing is a foul on either end of the floor. It's truly bizarre compared to most college basketball games.
