I actually kind of like the relic. If for no other reason, it makes for a strategic intrigue. It definitely skews towards an advantage to the defense to foul. But that's fun in my book. 1000% agree that it should count as 0 for 2 if the FT shooter misses the front end.

We've had some positives from the line this year. Solo and Andy are both shooting better than in previous years and Wade has been nails. Our biggest issue is that Payne and Zhu are liabilities and have picked up a ton of fouls lately. Add in the consistently (baffling) poor FT shooting from Hef and Carter with their increased minutes and it's been a noticeable hit.

Hopefully we see some uptick out of Payne and Phelps, but if not, it's all about making sure Wade is running the point in the bonus portions of the half. Zhu early, Wade late.

Payne had actually been good lately until the LSU game. He was overdue for a rough game, so maybe a positive that it came in a game we could afford it.
