His knack for getting in a scoring groove came to the forefront in last night's game. Lomax was the best player on the floor and efficiently got to his pull-up whenever he wanted. He gets great elevation on his jumper and has a lot of juice with the ball playing off the bounce.

He got hot in the second half and did a good job of getting to his offense within the flow of the game. While his shot-making was impressive, Lomax also impacted the game with his passing acumen.

Whether it was getting in the lane or coming off a ball screen, Lomax zipped the ball to where it needed to be. He was on time and on target with his finds and showed a lot of confidence in managing the game.

Along with the two high major offers, Lomax also has UNLV on the table. He has been to Texas and will likely garner more traction from power conference programs moving forward.

I've seen Lomax play quite a bit and he's very impressive. When he makes his mind up to get to the basket, it's almost impossible to stop him 1v1. Decent shot from outside. Good athlete who also plays WR on his HS team

Coached against this kid in the second round of the playoffs last season, he's a legit player! Him and the small forward at The Colony are freaking good.
