Or what? We just let a guy coach here for eight years that made the tournament twice and wasn't even close his other seasons.

Any time the student section is coordinating _______-outs (in that case black) and people are lining up hours before games you've arrived.

What Buzz has done that BK didn't do was establish a solid floor. We're onto four seasons in a row now of being at least a bubble team. That's no small feat here.

But what BK did that only BCG had ever done was put together a truly special season, and we'll see if this year is one of those.

Even if he wins a championship there will be "fans" waiting to say I told you so the following year if he doesn't win it all again.

Just as there will be fans wanting to say he's arrived without really having sustained high level success.

He's a good coach that appears to be a great person that looks to develop a hard working team over recruiting superstars. I don't know if that will ever allow for sustained high level success, but I also don't think it allows for complete failure like I saw while in school.

He's had a solid couple of above average years, but he also hasn't "arrived" in the sense of success we would expect other coaches to achieve before deeming them elite.

That said, the older I get the less I'm in the win it all or bust category and look at sports as entertainment. And this looks to be a great year in that regard.
