I'm trying to go there for my first time but ticketmaster shows views from rows but doesn't show from the exact seat and all seat numbers are blurred. Plus if I'm spending 200+ a seat, I'd like to know if I'm all the way in or if I'm on the aisle.

I can't remember, but I do remember thinking that they shouldn't even use seat numbers. Easily the least comfortable game I've been to aside from soccer games abroad cuz you're just packed in there like sardines. It's worth a trip to check off the list though.

If you click on "Switch to Map" on Ticketmaster for any event you can click on actual rows and seats that are available. So you know exactly where you are

Because they do pack you in…try to get aisle or close to. Our family was in the middle last time and it was not feasible to get out for a bathroom break until half or post game

It's amazing. But Lexington-Fayette Urban County government owned and downtown. Connected to the Central Bank Center (formerly Lexington Center.)

Had a site visit while I was with Perot Systems mid-90s. Massive multi-purpose facility.

and kind of an awkward one at that. once in the arena, it's great....but feels like an old shopping mall outside the arena

It has felt old for quite a while….it was almost 20 years old when I saw it.

I was at UK when it was built (1976) and was at the first game played there. The last game I attended there was in 1980 so I hope it has been refurbished several times. I remember the steepness of the upper seating did not bother me at 24 yo but would cause me some consternation now at 72. We stayed at the Hyatt last December and it and the area there has held up well

I was there when A&M played Louisville in the tournament about 10 -15 years ago. The upper lever is a bit scary with the steepness. I had trouble finding a ticket and ended up waay up in the corner at the top.
The place is always packed.
