Andy Garcia- often matched up again against mostly bigger players finishes with 16 boards, 3 steals and ONLY one TO.

Was excited about a potential Dawg lineup with absolutely zero skill guys making a run with Phelps, Manny, Solo, Coleman and Andy.

Henry deserves it too for his offense I just gotta reward 16 rebounds and 3 steals

Yeah I think in the true spirit of DAWG-ness it's definitely Andy. Just physically dominated the game.

Also though, I know we're killing him on offense and justifiably so, but any defensive lineup with Phelps, Solo and Andy has been really hard for opposing teams to crack.

We may never have another player that consistently plays like Garcia again. Let's enjoy him while we got him!

Andy was a beast on the boards, even though WF was fouling him hard all night. Henry continues to have a tremendous season. Shoutout to every single one of our guys for playing insane, elite defense all night.

Honorable mention to P Payne. Had his best offensive game of the year against quality(ish) competition. Had big second half buckets for us.

Agree.

Also, I meant to congratulate you on making Greg's top 25 list. Trying not to be jealous.

"Dominican Rodman"
That gave me a chuckle.
He seems to be a great guy, great player.

Definitely Garcia. But as said in the game thread, Coleman is an east 1b.

Garcia hands down. It's not just what he does but he does it when it counts the most.

Henry shutting down that guard he was defending 1 on 1 and getting fired up about it was a dawg move. He looks like he has so much more bounce and agility this season than he did at the end of last season.

That was my favorite sequence of the night. Second was Andy timing up the post player bouncing the ball, jabbing it away and diving to the floor for the steal.

I feel like his early season injury bothered him the rest of the year. He was off to a great start at the beginning of last season too, but then really faltered after the injury.

What was odd there was the WF player's reaction was: "huh? Turnover. Oh well". No dive to get it back. No defense on Andy's outlet. Just ran back on defense. I kinda thought we had them at that point.

Henry deserves it for his defense too. He shut down Salas when one on one. His ability to move his feet is pretty damn good.

But I don't think we win it without the DR.

His one one one defense against guards lately has been a clinic. Perfect footwork and execution of "guarding your yard"
