I haven't been able to find the press conference video. Anyone?

edit*** They had to forego media availability with Buzz due to inclement weather and trying to get back to CS safely.

Hope someone asked him if he and his staff coach players on how to shoot the ball and actually make a basket.

Really tired of seeing a brick factory year after year.

Let's go Brandon!

Or not taking stupid ass 3-point shots early in the shot clock, when you are leading with 3 mins remaining. So dang frustrating.

I would ask him if our guys were really fouling that much (and that much MORE than UCF) or of it might have been an issue with the officiating ...

They all looked like "fouls" to me. There is no doubt they were ticky tack but also no doubt our guys were reaching a bunch …. Badly. That Sr guard started driving and we regularly pissed down our leg.

I think we took one contested three that I didn't love, but if the shot is open, which most of them were, I don't see what the alternative is.

With Payne out of the game, we no longer have a low post threat, and at that point of the game it was obvious that nobody was a very good threat off the dribble. When you take away Payne's buckets, we were 10 of 31 inside the arc.

If the expected value of a shot inside the arc is only .65 points, I think you just have to take the first open shot you can get. Now obviously if you know ahead of time that you're going to miss the shot anyway then you just want to take all 30 seconds and commit a shot clock violation, but you don't know that. We missed our last five threes but we missed our last seven twos.

Simple truth is that if Payne fouls out and Phelps isn't playing then we're basically last year's team, add in Manny being awful and then we're the bad version of last year's team without Boots.

When that's the case our highest value shot is basically whichever one Taylor can shoot.
