Did not know Michigan got the big center from FAU.
Quote:
#JBRBracketology - Thursday 12/19 Seed List.
-Florida the big winner of the week, going from 0 Quad 1 wins to 3 Quad 1 wins (in 5 days) with neutral wins vs Arizona State and UNC plus @ Florida State moving to Quad 1
-Memphis erases the Arkansas State loss and then some with back-to-back road wins at Clemson and at Virginia
-Oklahoma keeps moving up, Sooners now 11-0 and 4-0 vs Quad 1+2. Massive win last night over Michigan
-As predicted, UConn surging up the seed list after wins over Gonzaga and Xavier
-Not really looking at head-to-head this early, but 6 line feels appropriate for Baylor and Georgia ahead of St. John's. Really like this SJU team, but still lacking the Q1+Q2 wins
-St. John's, Houston, Maryland, Illinois the "efficiency" darlings (Predictive metric avg 11.7) while a combined 1-9 vs Quad 1.... Need quality wins to climb the seed list
-Dayton making big moves, could push for a 6 seed with win vs Cincinnati. Flyers now have the resume to match the eye test we saw in the Maui Invitational
-Clemson takes a tumble down the seed list following back-to-back Quad 2 losses. Neither are total killers, but this early in the season, losses outside Quad 1 hurt more than normal
-Michigan now has three losses this season by a combined 5 points. The epitome of brutality.
-Vanderbilt got a nice boost in the efficiency metrics following a 52 point win over The Citadel
-Saint Mary's and Utah State each fall multiple seed lines following Quad 2 loss
-SMU becomes our 5th ACC team in the field following their win vs LSU over the weekend, though UNC's spot is tenuous at best. Tar Heels really need to find a way to beat UCLA at MSG this weekend
-Drake moves ahead of the final at-large spot following their win @ Kansas State. Bulldogs represent the MVC's best chance at an at-large bid and multi-bid league for the first time since 2021
-14 SEC teams in the field + LSU first team out... absolutely ridiculous (no, it wont last, but still insane)
-Bids by Conf: ACC 5, B10 10, B12 8, BE 3, SEC 14, MWC 2, WCC 2
