He should call them out again. State how immature they are and the lack of integrity for the game.
He did
If that were the case, they would have given the sips a #1 seed instead of Purdue, or at least they would have put a much easier #7 seed up against them.Pumpkinhead said:How do we know the committee just doesn't like the horns?MarcAg said:

Seems like a way to dispel any allegations would be to release their reasoning/methodology for all the seedingSeattleAg05 said:
That's definitely a baffling seed. I doubt it's personal. It's odd though. I bet we find out that they had to move a seed for matchups and had us as a 6.

The NCAA seems to delight in screwing us over in the post season
They seem to have it as a goal to make an example of us to not get uppity and call out the system protecting the media darlings

Last month, Joe Lunardi told me that the NCAA Tournament Selection Committee might punish Texas A&M after Buzz's comments last year.

I can't help but think about that after the Aggies received a 7 seed ... and were projected to be a 4 or 5 seed. https://t.co/Ud3huxTF4f

Get over it and just win
The #7 seed was deliberately done for A&M to play t.u. in the 2nd round. It couldn't be more blatant.EKUAg said:

According to Lunardi, yes. His comment on our seeding
"The committee did 7-seed Texas A&M no favors. The Aggies were clearly a line or two better than that. Then again, we said last year that A&M's public temper tantrum over its exclusion from the field was a very bad idea. Committee members are human, after all, perhaps with long memories."
I'm looking forward to Buzz making another strong comment towards the committee after we win the whole thing.

I don't disagree that there could be something personal, but I also think it is a message about non-con scheduling.

I agree but I also think that post January 1 performance should make up for a poor non-conference. Most articles and metrics I've read has A&M as a Top 5-10 team in the nation since 2023 hit. That date encompasses all of conference play which should weigh more heavily and be a better indicator of where a team is at this point.
Here's the thing: Does the NET not factor in what a team did or didn't do during non-conference? That 'penalty' is built into the ranking. A&M came in at 19. Why on earth would it be fair or reasonable to penalize them again? https://t.co/zH7HQVZZ68

True. The ncaa ***** programs because they can, shields programs because they can, and promotes programs because they can, all with impunity. Power corrupts, and if a program is not "in the club," it takes what it is given and doesn't *****, or the beatings will continue.AustinAg2012 said:
Absolute bull**** we're a 7 seed. What a corrupt and shameless institution the NCAA continues to be. Scumbags, top to bottom.
