This, if a team is hot from the corner 3's this team will get beat by 1 or 30, if they are 30% or worse from 3, that's an Ag win. Our problem is we score 2's other teams score 3's, which is why I really don't want to help off shooters as much as we do

I haven't been watching since I'm a lolpoor that can't afford ESPN+, but the score looks pretty good.

Team finally seems to be clicking. Not sure if they figured something out or if Loyola just stinks (maybe both). But it's good to see.

The energy this team has today is vastly different than the previous 2 games.

Glad to know they have a little life left.

Team got loose finally. Too tight during first two games. Got in their heads.

3 defense in transition or secondary transition is beyond terrible, last 3 games

I have faith Buzz and staff will make the necessary adjustments as the season progresses

Much needed win. I'm glad they have another road test on Friday before coming back home.

Big stat line today was the 27 turnovers we forced. That led to a +15 in points which was basically the difference in the game.

I thought Loyola looked fairly shaky today, plenty of open 3's in first half they couldnt hit and threw the ball away a lot - although usually under some pressure.

For the Ags, the effort was good and it seemed to pick up as good things started to happen offensively and they led in the game. Some good things happened, but I don't think we looked good offensively today and haven't really looked good offensively this year. I think Buzz is on to something when he says their defense feeds off their offense when it should be vice versa in his opinion.

They had a little more chippy aggression and fight in them today. I think overall, they are a bit weak minded - as a team unit - and currently need to have good things happen in the in order to amp up their play. They can't seem to impose their will or flip the emotionally script if things start going poorly - at least not here in these last few games.

It would be ideal if Radford or Dennis stepped up as a hard nosed vocal upper classmen leader on the floor and I dont know if either of them has it in them to do that. I am not saying that to be critical, some people are comfortable in that role and others arent and are still great players. But you need one on the team, I think, and ideally it's someone upper classman and to be honest ideally it would be Radford since he's been with Buzz and the team longer than Dennis.

This team will continue to struggle offensively without a consistent go to threat. That's why the defense is so important and it needs to become their MO..

I thought some of the new guys were supposed to be able to take their guy to the hoop and score.

I say this not knowing who the starters were against Murray St and CU but Marble, Gordon , and Hefner started today. That's certainly a shakeup from the first 2 games. I think Buzz is trying to figure out what rotations work well together and under specific circumstances.

I wish they hadn't lost those 2 games but I'm all for figuring things out before conference play starts.

The big change to me was moving Marble ahead of Coleman. I don't expect Taylor to come off the bench all season.

He picked up 2 fouls pretty quickly and went to the bench, but he did start.

Only two teams shot above 40% from 3 point range last year.

I'm not saying we didn't have anything to do with the result, but those two games are anomalies. Colorado is shooting 35% on the year and Murray St 32%.

Buzz plays the percentages and sometimes it bites us in the butt.

Energy was night and day. If you are going to trap you have to force turnovers. We did today.

Still a work in process as you would expect at this point but heading in right direction.
