The rules always tend to change based on what would keep the Aggies out of the tournament or playoff.

The selection committee chair just pointed to our 8 game losing streak and in the same sentence stated the importance of entire body of work. What a joke.

If you look at a resume and are trying to be objective should it matter when the wins happen? I'd say the last ten shows how teams are playing at the time of the tourney. That used to count for something. So if the last ten doesn't matter more than any other game then why do eight in the middle matter?

Don't over analyze a few ******s' decisions to leave us out. They probably have a lot of other moronic reasons that you wouldn't even think would matter.

Unfortunately, "how you finish" was taken out of the factors used deciding the field a few years ago. Still doesn't justify the snub though.

The 8 in a row only matter because when they happened, it dropped us off the radar, and that timing coincided exactly with when the committee starting putting their brackets together and gathering the group of teams "on the bubble" that they were going to pay close attention to.
Because they stop considering teams after the end of the regular season - which is PAINFULLY obviously, and basically been admitted to by Lunardi and others - it was too late for A&M to get back on their radar.
