It's easy to get bound up by winning and losing and forget the best result of our athletic scholarships is to give our young men and women the chance to be excellent adults. It looks like TJ is on his way.

You can tell by the way TJ plays that he's very driven to make a difference. He makes some decisions that aren't always the best for the team, which can be frustrating when you're rooting for the team, but it seems to come from a desire to do whatever he can to help the team achieve success. Hopefully as he gets more experience with his teammates, he can harness his god-given abilities and become the leader he was born to be.
