I feel like House was such a huge part of turning the program around when he came to Texas A&M, became the best player on the team that first season in Aggieland and had he not gotten hurt probably would have been one of the biggest reasons we got to the NCAA. Instead once he got hurt, the team really regressed, a big indicator to me of how important House was.
There was about a 10-12 conference game stretch in the middle of SEC conference play that first year House was here, where he was shooting greater than 50% from three. He was on fire.
Which is why I agree with the nod to House on the first team, almost carrying a team to NCAA with an inferior coaching staff than Wright had the benefit of.
