- Kennedy went to high school with Cole.
- Cole family loved it here.
- Cole wanted to get back into an unrestricted coaching job and Kennedy instead hired Maligi and another to be announced soon guy (Hop's impression is that Kennedy already has the last assistant coaching position filled and just a timing issue now on the announcement).

Recruiting comments:
- John Gillon (grad transfer from Colorado St.) is a guy to keep an eye on.
- Eric Vila expected to sign with A&M.
- Corprew probably out of picture, despite his talent all programs seemed to peel off him and go different directions, so guess is academic issues.

Tango, I work out of a home office and am the type who seems to need some background noise to do...well anything. I used to be a news junkie about 10 years ago and had something like CNN running in the background at all times, but tired of world events I guess and the past few years seem to be all-in on sports radio.

let's see, what sort of mindless stuff is Pumpkinhead typically listening to in 2016...

8am - Noon (at desk in home office) - KZNE 1150 or ESPN Radio

Lunch (hmmm...naw seem to usually just surf or read a book...My current reading list...A few months ago I started reading Game Of Thrones to get an idea of what all the fuss about...huge books, taking me awhile)

1-2:30 (near daily visit to local gym) - ESPN podcasts like Mike & Mike, Jalen & Jacoby, maybe Finebaum show during college football season.

Afternoon (at desk in home office in between uber tasks picking up kids at school and such) - Maybe a little NPR, Bill Simmons podcasts occasionally

5:30 - 6:30 (usually a 45 minute jog - House is just a mile from Panama Canal and I have a jogging route along side it - Nice thing about tropics is sweat makes ya think you really pushed it hard even on days I know I went lazy) - Might go music for jogs...I seem to sometimes like running to music by this group Audiomachine...I guess it is classified as 'Epic Inspirational' sort of music. Try giving a quick listen to something like 'Breaking Through' by them and you'll get the picture.

Logan on radio this morning, primarily for Tango:

- Kennedy has his final assistant hire 'pegged'. Will happen soon. Is not a guy coming from an NBA organization. They looked at one but isn't the guy that Kennedy is working out final details with right now.
- Recruiting - Will be a HS recruit whom they have 'solidified' (Eric Vila) plus a couple of transfers. Will probably roll remaining two open scholarships over to next season.

You could also try Two Steps From Hell, E.S. Posthumous, Immediate Music, and Thomas Bergersen. Because uhm a friend told me those were good epic symphonic music groups.

Thanks for asking. Last CAT scan in the fall was clean. Started maintenance (Rituxan) in Sept and will be doing that every 8 weeks for about a year and a half more along with scans about twice a year. I feel good. Never did get my balance back to "normal"but it's ok. I am still working on strength building and balance. Chemo is hell on the body as I know many of you know from your own experiences (whether it is personal or with family/friends). There is such a thing as chemo brain, too. lol (I finished chemo the last week in July.)

I wasn't able to make near as many Aggie bball games last fall as I did in the past. When I didn't make it to Reed I made sure I caught the game on TV. But, I did make some of the memorable ones: Baylor, Vandy, plus several other games. Loved this team and looking forward to the next one. ( Had great experiences with Ags whenever I would encounter steps while using a cane...always offering help. .... Don't need the use of a cane now unless the ground is very uneven.)

I would hope so. The biggest thing working against that would be if Samford offers him the HC position.

Hopefully Bucky has the funds to outbid Samford
