From what I heard on the radio this morning, no one has ever come back from that far down in that short amount of time in NCAA basketball. Tournament or regular season.

UNLV had the record winning after being down 11 with a minute to go in February 2005. We shattered that ****.

you can dissect what each player did during those 44 seconds...everyone played mostly to perfection

Trocha is the unsung hero IMO...his job guarding the baseline for the inbound was SUPERB...and you could see him immediately get there after each basket...not giving the inbounder any wiggle room

The only mistake we made at all on inbounds was Jones not realizing that his man (Jesperson I think) was going to become the new trigger man, he ran with him towards the basket not realizing that Jesperson was not moving to take a pass but was actually going to be the inbounder, meanwhile Carlson was running to the front court.

I was just about to post about Trocha. His defense on the inbounder and traps was awesome.

His length and athleticism was huge in that final minute.

He started out guarding the baseline, then on a pick he he doubled someone leaving them open. I think Alex realized it, but it was too late.

All 5 UNI players were initially on the court and Trocha standing under the basket, Jones was guarding Jesperson and nobody was guarding Carlson. Jesperson ran to take the inbound and Jones followed, when he realized he wasnt guarding anybody Jones ran back and tried to switch with Gilder I think and both ended guarding the same man.

One of, if not the worst games I've seen us play all year. Very disappointing.
