Charles Barkley is there to be Charles Barkley. He'll form some opinions over the next couple of weeks and say some funny things now and then. He was on Letterman before the first time he did March Madness talking about how he didn't know anything about college basketball but he knew the sport well enough to make some comments on it.

UT has been playing great. I wouldnt be at all surprised to see them make it to the elite 8.
No they're not. They didn't sweat today because they beat wvu 2x and nc early. They split with the rest of the b12, except Kansas. They haven't gone on much of streak either way. I guess that makes them dangerous, you don't know which team will show up.

His delivery is awful, but his point is somewhat valid in that we are way too worried about the people that doubt us and take it way to personally. I wouldn't waste time with it as EVERY Fanbase has this same conversation. "Everyone is against us!" "No they're not you morons!" "Troll!" Like every single one.

Responses further validate my comment about most thinned skinned fans in the country. Thanks for validating. Ags just cannot handle criticism.
Our fans are thin skinned. It requires genuine effort to find offense in some of the things that the talking heads say, yet we persevere again and again. However, I don't think we're any different than other fan bases, though. That "easily offended" trait seems to be more of a human race thing than an A&M thing.
