Austin is a heck of a shooter, but the fact still remains that this team has Jamal Jones, Davonte Fitzgerald, Shawn Smith, Alex Caruso, Jordan Green, Space (who will see time on the wing for sure) and others. Please don't jump off the cliff, especially during the off-season, because one kid committed to Oklahoma State.

It has been stated numerous times that this staff is looking for a point/combo guard and a big for the 2014 class. At the moment they only have two scholarships available, and yes, I said at the moment!
Remember that time the basketball program was at the point where Logan said don't jump off the cliff and listed Jamal Jones, Davonte Fitzgerald, Shawn Smith, Alex Caruso, Jordan Green and Antwan Space as the reasons not to jump?

We sure have come a long way.

We sure have come a long way.
I do. That's why a lot of people here didn't believe Kennedy should have been retained after a dismal year 3.

In the end, things worked out in our favor. But a lot of the reasons for optimism/excuses for underperformance ended up being bogus.

Sort of accidental. This thread got mentioned in the other Grandstaff thread and I thus clicked and got sucked into poking it.

I rarely spend time looking for old threads to bump because it is a rare thread that I did not post something wrong.
