So I've pretty much had the suck these past few years trying to figure out my brackets and need to develop some new ways to pick winners. Since I don't have a chicken available to pick for me I've decided one method is to roll dice. Basically each seed gets a certain number of dice to roll (higher seed, more dice), highest total wins.

Seed...... # of dice
#1-#2..... 5
#3-#5..... 4
#6-#9..... 3
#10-#14.. 2
#15-#16.. 1

So far no upsets, I may be giving the higher seeds too many dice.

What about you guys? Other than the 'logical' bracket and the 'heart' bracket (and the 'Fightin' Texas Aggie Henrietta the Bracket Pickin' Chicken' bracket) what do you do to choose? I need some ideas...
