watched that for the first time earlier. i didn't realize rupp was such a racist (then again, i didn't know much about him at all other than he's a god in the state of kentucky).

it's funny the parallels between then and now. how UTEP and kentucky collided back then, and how they're colliding today (a la BCG).

i did not know that.

it's funny how we glorify people for winning in sports, when basically they're just arrogant, racist, a-holes. our priorities are definitely out of whack.
