ANYTHING is possible in college basketball on the home court, so yes, we can beat Kansas. Example: Tech beat Texas on their home court a few days after losing to the Aggies by 40 whatever. I wouldnt put money on it or anything, but we can win. 8-8 does not necessarily get us in. A conference tourney win would be nice, two and we can drink to the NCAAs.

a shame, but we are quickly playing ourselves out of it. We are making it easy for the selection committee to ignore us. This season rates right up there on the disappointment scale as the 0-16 conference mark, mostly because expectations were so much higher.

I would hope Turgeon will commit to the younger players and use Jones and Kirk off the bench in the next two games. We certainly aren't going to win like we have been going.

Sloan needs the next two games to see if he can handle the point guard position and Davis needs Joe Jones playing time. Joe has played himself into a backup roll and is just not getting it done on the court.

Dissappointing end to the season.

I would hope that Byrne would force turgeon to get himself a new set of assistant coaches at the end of the year. I would really like to see him bring Alvin Brooks back. Turgeon needs that kind of help on the bench.

Where did all these A&M atheists come from? I say we go......barely.......but we go. And possibly make the second round. The committee won't give us a chance in the matchup....but they'll send us anyways. They have to consider a lot....beating Tceh will factor pretty big for us.

Not playing well enough.

How will beating Tech factor well for us? We have a better record than they do and we were at home; we were supposed to win that game.

It wasn't just beating Tceh...it was beating them by 44.
