The TexAgs app would not open today.
We then restarted Roku. That didn't help. We removed the app. When we try to reinstall it, it does not open. Would be grateful for help.

Its possible our new app will not work with that old of a Roku (about 9 years). Can you make sure that your RokuOS is up-to-date

Settings > System > Software update > Check now.

My TexAgs Roku app isn't working either. I haven't used this one in a minute and I have done a factory reset and uninstall the App and it still isn't working. It's a 3810X Roku Streaming Stick+. It just refuses to open.
