I have tried to mark all bookmarks as read, on both phone and desktop.
I still have several showing as unread, with notifications.

Our cloud provider is currently experiencing issues with multiple services due to a power outage, which seems to be affecting our notification system. Hoping to get a resolution or update within the next hour

Well took a lot longer for their services to recover than I anticipated, but looks like it's working now.
