What is a Cannot Play Video File Error 233001?

This now happens to every video I try to play. Get two minutes in, round symbol and then quits. Do I have some Malware on the computer?

233001 means there was some kind of timeout trying to stream the content. Does it happen on your phone or on another network besides your home network?

On my laptop. Only for about two weeks. I can't get through videos. I moved to Chrome and at least I could watch the Liucci/Swope/McGee video from last night. Was having problems on FireFox.
