Having issues getting into the Roku app. When I do the link it just pulls up another link code. When I sign in using credentials, it tells me my credentials aren't valid. I know they are, because I am able to sign into my account on my computer.

Please help!

Having exact issue. ROKU support says the error is on the app's end. I tried multiple times on both my phone and laptop and each time the app says I have been successfully linked but ROKU's response is to generate another code. ROKU also gives the option of signing in manually but each time I get the error message my creds are invalid. I know what I input was correct. Your turn.

Same here. Have tried everything including deleting the app and then adding it again. Same issue, site says link successful but the TV screen just loops and gives a new code to enter.
