I was wanting to set up an alert for tickets listed to the TN game, however I would have to put in usernames to be able to get alerts. Is it possible to add an option for "any user" just like there is for any staff?

Not currently, but notifications for "any new thread in a specific forum" is on our list of features to add.
Would love to add any user with keywords in the thread. For example, any user in ticket exchange that mentions Tennessee.
