Could you make it so you are only notified about a thread you posted in only if someone directly responds to you? Right now I am notified for any response, which defeats the purpose of the notification.

Basically we need two separate notifications for threads: one for any new posts and one for direct replies.

In the Notification Settings screen, there is an option to turn on notifications (including push) for direct replies. It should be the second one, and it should be on by default.

With this option on, you can turn off notifications for any bookmarked thread, and you'll still get a notification if someone replies to you directly.

We have on our list to provide the option of what is the default notification method (None, In-App, In-App + Push) when you bookmark a thread, so you don't have to change it every time.
