I didn't get the latest commitment texts for Nolen and Marshall. I checked the account settings and it has the correct phone number and I am opted in. Is there something I need to reset?

from what I can see, you two both eventually received the text alert. we're looking into the delays (caused by new text/spam regulations and programs). sorry for the inconvenience.

I never received them. If you can provide details I can check with TMobile to see if they blocked them.

I contacted TMobile and they are researching. They had me turn off my spam blocking.... Not a good answer long term.
I haven't received any text alerts... I have it selected in my preferences, but haven't seen any. Is there another setting somewhere I have to select to get them?
