Just started yesterday.

Started noticing it today. Also, the tweets are loading in a weird format for a few seconds before displaying as normal.

Every time or some of the time?
Duplicates tweets stacked vertically?

Yes, I'm seeing 2. First is a text version and then it flips to the actual tweet.

I see it on desktop ( Chrome ) and on mobile ( ipad & iphone ).

Hope that helps. Happens too fast to catch a screen shot of it, but I'll try.

ok, this is different than what was being reported above in this thread, which was two identical copies of the tweet embed next to each other. what you are seeing is a "text" placeholder loading before the twitter system loads the full tweet. while new, this is the intended behavior.
