I've been having this issue randomly for months now. You scroll to the bottom of a page and it says page 1 of 2 but there's no button to navigate to page 2. This happens a LOT on the Horns tears thread, so I assumed it was some logical error associated to how large that thread is. But I just saw it on a bunch of smaller threads. Let me see if I can find an example and screenshot it.

I'm on latest version of Chrome/Android on Pixel 2XL and 4a.
