Here is a post Stewart made in the Premium forum yesterday. We're still working on updating our documentation on the site.
The feature is currently only for subscribers (any level).

HOWDY.
Today marks a monumental moment in the history of the internet:
you can now officially upload a photo to TexAgs! We've been working tirelessly for 20+ years to perfect this technology, and the day has finally arrived.
We've always allowed linked images (and we still do, btw) but you can now upload your own on both mobile and desktop. It should be fairly straightforward, but here's how to do it...
Mobile1. On the reply screen, click the "Attach Image" button
2. Select a photo in your device's library or take a new one
3. You'll see a thumbnail after selecting the photo(s)
4. Tap "Post"
Note: On mobile, if you edit your reply after posting, the image will now be in URL form. So if you want to remove it from the post, you'll just need to delete the URL.
Desktop1. In the reply window, click the image icon (see below)
2. Click "Select File"
3. Select your file
4. You'll then see a thumbnail preview within your text
5. Click "Post"
How to manage photos? You now have a "Photos" tab in your
user profile (visible only to you and select staff). To delete a photo, just click the trash can icon underneath the thumbnail. And to see where that photo was originally posted, click the link icon.
Who can upload photos?Basic level subscribers and above.
What types of photos?Static photos for now, and we have plans to add a solution for GIFs in the future.
The rules still apply...Anything you upload that violates the
user agreement will be removed and you will be banned. You can also be photo-banned, which will prevent you from uploading any images in the future. And if you see a photo that violates any rules, please help out our mods by flagging it.
Shall we try it out? Here's an uploaded picture of me posting the photo upload topic. SO META.
UPDATE: Many users have asked why they can't view uploaded images on the Brave browser. You'll need to switch to "Shields Down" for TexAgs.com if you want to see uploaded images.
UPDATE, PART 2: One of our past developers, Landon (Lucid), figured out a fix for those unable to view uploaded photos using Brave's desktop browser...

I was having the same problem. I got around it by using the Referer Control extension.
I added a custom site filter for "https://f5s-img.s3.amazonaws.com/" to have the referer as "https://texags.com/".
Hope that helps.
