From my desk top in my home office, I often want to post replies but when I chose to comment, the cursor to type in the text will never come up. Is it a cookies issue?

My first thought is a browser extension/plug-in interfering with the page. I would try temporarily disabling any of them and see if that helps. What browser & version are you using?
