Simply going to that link is enough, no need to click "Clear Cookies"

After that, you'll be forced to log back in, but hopefully your problem is fixed.

I get a red error bar at the top, that says "an unexpected error has occured". That also come see up when I tap the "desktop version" while in mobile, it switches styles but the maroon bar at the top doesn't change and is blank.

Refresh that page a couple of times and then go back to the site to see if it's fixed.
