Anyone else notice this happening in the last day or so? I try to tap on the video from my iPhone and nothing happens, but I see other people react to the video so I know it's working for some.

Yes happening to me.
Same here on android. I found out if you switch to the desktop version you can play it, but of course that makes the rest of the site hard to manage.
I did a full reset on my phone and it works now.

No don't care to do a hard reset as I'm concerned about losing contacts.

I think it's whatever functions as iOS's version of cookies. The cookies get curropted and then it's kaput.
You can also try resetting your browser, and clearing the cache'. That'll most likely do it.
