I recently let my account lapse and lost my donor tag and cannot figure out how to get it back.


Any guidance would be appreciated.

I have verified my donor status and it is in good standing. When I click "Refresh Status" on the ACCOUNT VERIFICATIONS section of my Your Account page nothing happens.


Am I doing something wrong?

I've contacted the Association and we've located the reason your specific donor status is not updating. We should have it resolved by the end of the week.
