I have a relatively new laptop with no memory issues or anything like that....also no viruses and consistently get 90 - 100 mbps download and 20 - 25 mbps upload speeds.....yet TexAgs slows everything to a crawl and heaven forbid I leave it minimized and walk away for awhile or things really bog down.

Constantly get messages like "waiting for sjc.usadmmm", "connecting to ads.adaptive.advertising", "resolving host", etc....etc...always trying to load a ton of crap constantly.

I have been on TexAgs since 1998 but have just about had it and am ready to walk away completely unless someone knows of a solution for this!

Makes it damn hard to be on here at the office when some random ad starts playing audio whenever I open a page.

I am on Chrome as well...I work from home, but I would fear that the bandwidth suckage would be a red flag if I was still in a corporate environment....

Check the other thread. It seems like they've been looking into it for a few weeks and don't really know what is causing it

Thanks for the heads up on the other thread. After reading through it, I think what is happening to me is that my pop up blocker is going nuts trying to kill so many ads.

After so many positives through the years, I would hate to see something like this turn everyone away. Hopefully they can get it fixed ASAP and I just hope they realize the scope of the problem and the potential it has to harm their business....

Yep, took me 3 tries to post this. And it's only on TexAgs. Everything else fine.

We're definitely listening and actively working on the issue. We made some significant changes this afternoon that should take affect within the hour. Let us know if things improve.

Yep this is the one. This has got to go.

Resorted to using Firefox.

Only problem is that the Twitters are now invisible.

No slow downs etc.

When using IE I have been dealing with IE crashing or locking up.

I am guessing my AV software is catching most of the bad stuff in the background.

If on a Mobile try using the brave browser. It is based on chrome but has ad blocking. I haven't gone back to chrome since using it due to the pop ups.

Understood, have you had it occur on your iPad this morning? Do you use the desktop or the mobile site on your iPad?

On mobile and getting popup ads... as in, it redirects me to a different site that says I've won a gift card to Amazon, another to walmart.
