I'm getting other pop up ads telling me I've won a $1000 Amazon/Walmart/etc. gift card. Same purpose as the scam notice above, trying to get you to click the link.

I also browse Texags almost exclusively on iPad. This issue has caused me to download and start using the Dolphin browser with pop ups and ad blocker turned on.

Had them multiple times on my iPhone and iPad using Safari, Chrome, as well as the builtin browsers in Facebook and the Google Search apps.
