Asking for a friend

You get banned and have no idea why? Shouldn't there be an explanation of some sort?

I mean how can you stop what you don't know you're doing?

The mods won't answer his emails. Very unprofessional.

You go to all the trouble to send a ban email yet don't include the reason. Anyone explain this proceedure?
