But for blue posts, the post interaction buttons at the bottom left of each post do not have hover feedback like the non-blue posts do (icon gets darker on hover).

Good catch. That must have been removed by mistake. We'll get that fixed.

Also, when it comes to colored posts, I read something in another thread that gave me an idea...

Oftentimes, threads will fill up with mostly blue posts.

Perhaps if a post hits 50, 100, or some other high number, create a new class to have a gold or other colored post.

Another thought, and this one could be fun: Add a class for current posts of the day that turn those a different color in their respective threads.
