I don't see the green line for unread threads
I don't see the number of unread posts.
I don't see green or blue for replies

I made a post. I don't see a watchlist icon.

I've accepted cookies from the site.

What do I need to do?

Many of the features you are listing (watchlist, conversation progress tracking, etc) are subscriber-only features. I apologize our tutorial post did not mention this. We will get it updated.
