If not discussed before, it would be great to be able to follow threads and get emails alerts. In addition, have an option to automatically subscribe to threads in which you start or respond.

We have this functionality for all subscribers (Basic level and higher).
It's basically what you've described, except we don't send out emails. We have notifications on TexAgs itself:

Never mind, just realized have to have at least a basic & forgot that was a paid level.
