The TexAgs ranking and the order of Liucci's 44 don't correspond. For example, Mark Jackson is ranked as a 92 and is #16, while Trayveon Williams is ranked a 94 and is #17. Could just be me not fully understanding the TexAgs ranking. Thanks.

I believe the score is set by the entire TexAs recruiting team and, thus, should reflect their rank in the Texas Top 116. The Luicci 44 list is set by Billy alone, and may vary from the other team-built list.

I'll have one of the recruiting guys confirm this.
